E-Commerce Strategic Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
  • Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • With Min. 1 year Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge. (More advantage)
  • Understand how to set up on different online platforms.
  • Develop and implement roadmap for online store's functionality.
  • Develop, manage, and measure performance of technology vendor relationships.
  • Drive e-commerce sales performance.
  • Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes.
  • Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes.
  • Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes.
  • Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns and programme over digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Min. 1 year E-commerce experiences.
  • Familiar with different e-commerce platforms systems.
  • Understand e-commerce skills, knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Others or equivalent..
  • Required Skill(s): marketing, sales, design, ecommerce, customer service
Full Time Showroom Assistant
Job Responsibilities
  • Promote Premium Gadget Products, answer customers inquiry, introduce products
  • Manage promotion plan and take care daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
  • Min. 1 year experience in retail industry or customer service
  • Good working attitude & good communication with people
  • Excel & Word skills are required
  • Experience with gadget products and accessories will be advantage
