The Spigen Rewards Program gives our customers extra perks and benefits when shopping on www.spigen.com.sg. It’s a simple program that is open to everyone who registers a new account. Once your account is confirmed, you can start shopping to collect those points!

You can only redeem points when you reach the exact value of each reward.

Points are not transferable and have no monetary value outside of spigen.com.sg

Coupon codes received through the program CANNOT be used with other coupons/promotions.

All coupons are non-refundable, one-time use only.

 

How do I earn points?

There are various ways to earn points! Just by signing up, you are given 200 points. After that, you can earn 10 points per dollar with every purchase at www.spigen.com.sg

Do Spigen Reward points expire?

Spigen Reward points will expire on a rolling basis if you have not made a purchase within 365 days. Your points will remain as long as you have made a purchase within the last 12 months. We will notify you through email 10 days before your points expire so you know to keep them alive.

 

What do the 'approved', 'pending', and 'cancelled' statuses mean regarding my points?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
